Fitness & Fat Loss Camp - Wellfield

If you want to get fit and have a lot of fun while doing so then this is the package for you! Training in groups of around 20 other people, you will be taking through 3 sessions per week by a fully qualified and experienced trainer.  Each session will be different and use a variety of equipment and exercises designed to challenge you but also be fun.  Sessions will include; boxing, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, battling ropes and many more.  

 

On signing up to this package you will recieve a full diet plan which includes a 5 day diet to follow, home workouts and training log.  Weekly measurements and photos if wanted are taken to show you how much progress you make.  

 

We Currently have 3 sessions for you to choose from at Wellfield Middle School: 

 

Monday: 18.00 - 18.45pm 

 

Wednesday: 18.00 - 18.45pm 

 

Thursday: 18.00 - 18.45pm
